I have had the pleasure of working with Iggy twice myself. I have bought and sold a house with him so I have been able to see how he works on both sides of the equation.

When I bought my first house I set him up with a pretty daunting task. I told him I wanted a property that would appreciate in value but also make a great rental property. I required a garage, and a full back yard, and to top it off I wanted something move in ready for under 140k. We looked at more than 50 houses searching for this house. We looked at houses in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights in some cases if the houses were unoccupied. This guy would respond to my text messages I sent him at 2 in the morning. He streamlined everything for me. He is one of the only realtors I have seen who doesn't wear a suit to sell houses, because he is fully aware he is going to get dirty crawling in the crawl spaces, maneuvering around the attic, and even checking the quality and stability of the plumbing lines under the house. Eventually we found the house and he was there helping me move in the furniture.

When I sold that house. I planned ahead and called Iggy to let him know I would be listing my house a few months early. I wanted to make sure we could get the house ready for a new family. He came over and did a pre inspection and walked me through everything that needed to be done. He also had contacts and phone numbers for people who could help take care whatever problems I had that I couldn't handle myself. Yet again he wasn't over in a suit, instead he came over in a teeshirt and jeans, to teach me how to take care of a few things myself to save us some money! This man selflessly took care welding a new piece of plumbing for us last minute just to make sure there were no problems for the new family.

Before Iggy, I have never worked with any business that was more than just a transaction of goods or services. Iggy and Summit Ridge Group are more than just a business. I now consider him a friend for life. Someone who I know I can call at anytime if I have questions regardless of where I live. He is the kind of guy you would be happy to put your trust into because he is going to go above and beyond in every aspect to help you find the solution to whatever problem you are facing.
