Yegor, better known as Iggy, gives a good name to realtors. I was expecting to deal with the home version of a used car salesman, a salesman looking out only for his paycheck. Instead, Iggy was immediately down to earth and was never pushy. He made it clear from our first interaction that his only interest was in finding the right house for us. He never seemed rushed, but was always attentive to our wishes, returned phone calls promptly, and sent us multiple properties to consider in an ultra-timely fashion. Iggy is a very easy person to talk to and he is open and honest about the area he is showing you. He has lived in the Springs for 19 years and knows every neighborhood intimately. He shares history, both personal and local, to better highlight just what kind of neighborhood you are looking into. I never had any issues with trust. If Iggy made a mistake, he immediately owned up to it and did everything in his power to correct it. If he did not know the answer to a question, he would admit as much and make sure by the end of the day I had an answer. He builds a relationship with his client, and knows when to be professional and when to be personable. He also has knowledge not just of real estate but of the various technical and maintenance aspects of home ownership. The relationship he cultivates with clients engenders trust and respect. He never let us down, even after closing. While we want to stay in the residence Iggy got us for several years, when the time comes for us to find a new house, he will be the person we reach out to.
